3. Still not working? No worries — you can send your products to the nearest Forbest warehouse for repair.

• Start by filling out our Service Form. 
  • Order number or PO number (usually on your receipt)
  • Shipping Address (Address to send the product once it’s ready)\)
  • Item/model Number (on your receipt or product box)
  • Returned Parts (Whole System/ Cable & Reel/ Control Station/ etc.)
• After you complete the form, print it and include it in your package.

• Find the nearest warehouse location using the map below. After completing and printing the service form, send your product in.
  

Turnaround time is typically within 5 business days from the date we received the product.
