We have purchased a few of 4188H sewer cameras for our technicians in the past few years. The price on the unit itself or on any replacement parts when comparing to other big names sewer cameras cannot be bit. It is also very compact, and everything is stored within a case. Ability to record videos and save it to replay for customers is a helpful tool. Customer service is amazing. Joanna is always quick to respond and answer any of our questions.
